As a Customer Support you will:
- Respond to all calls and emails in Polish being polite and empathic
- Provide customers with accurate information and process their requests
- Solve efficiently all the client’s issues
- Use problem-solving skills to find timely and effective solutions for customers
- Cooperate with top world’s brands
What do we expect:
- Fluency in Polish (min. C1 level)
- Good command of English (min. B1 level)
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- You are looking for adventure in fast growing, international company
What we offer:
- 1-year contract with the possibility of permanent contract after one year
- Competitive monthly salary 1050€ + up to 10% performance bonus + 2 additional salaries per year
(In total: 1225 – 1330 per month)
