As a Customer Support you will:
- Interact effectively with existing customers via phone, E-mails or Chat in Italian language (the contact channel depends on specific project -can be 1 channel or mixed)
- Handle customers’ issues with patience and empathy
- Solve efficiently all the client’s issues
- Cooperate with top world’s brands like Facebook, Apple, Microsoft, Netflix, Audi, Volkswagen etc.
