About the Role
Join a leading digital platform in the automotive sector and support customers using innovative digital mobility solutions. Become part of an international team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What you will do:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat and email in a professional and friendly manner
Use your product knowledge to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM system and collaborate with your team to improve the customer experience
Provide accurate information about products and services to support customers effectively
Salary:
Base salary: 1283€ gross x 12months (or 1100€ gross x 14 months!) – you choose your payment schedule!
80€ gross monthly fixed bonus
Meal allowance: 7,63€ NET/day (approx. 167,86€ NET/month in a voucher card)
Your average monthly gross salary ranges from €1363 to €1531!

What we expect from you:
Dutch language skills at C2 level
English language skills at B1 level or higher
You already live in mainland Portugal
Customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
EU citizenship or a valid residence permit allowing you to work in Portugal
