About the Project

As a Content Moderator, you will ensure that product and service standards are upheld on one of the world’s leading short-form video platforms.
Your role involves making informed decisions based on local market knowledge and maintaining high-quality standards while reviewing content.

What you will do:

Safeguard the platform by reviewing videos, comments, and live streams to ensure they follow community standards

Take action on harmful, inappropriate, or unsafe content to protect millions of users worldwide

Apply moderation policies with accuracy and consistency, contributing to a safe online environment

Escalate sensitive or complex cases to specialized teams for further review

Stay up to date with the latest guidelines and trends to ensure an engaging and secure user experience

Salary:

Base salary: 1166€ gross x 12 months (it’s 1000€ gross x 14 months)

7,63€ net/ worked day (it’s approx. 167,86€ / month) – Meal allowance – issued as a prepaid card

Your average monthly salary: 1000€ gross + 2 extra salaries + meal allowance!

You speak Italian (at least C1)

You speak English (at least B2)

You have strong moderation skills, verbal and written communication skills and rational decision making with local market expertise

You have strong understanding of e-commerce
