Dutch Content Moderator Lisbon – No Sensitive Content | E-commerce Project.

About the Project

Join the E-Commerce Department of one of the world’s leading short-form video and online shopping platforms.

As an E-Commerce Content Moderator, you will help maintain quality and safety standards by reviewing product-related content such as listings, descriptions and images. This role focuses exclusively on e-commerce content and offers a structured, professional moderation environment.

Important: No political, violent or highly sensitive content is handled in this department.

What you will do:

  • Review e-commerce content on the platform (e.g. product listings) to ensure compliance with platform policies, safety guidelines, and legal standards
  • Maintain high quality standards in moderation by accurately evaluating product descriptions, images, and pricing
  • Stay up to date with evolving guidelines and apply changes consistently in your daily work
  • Escalate complex or unclear casesaccording to internal procedures
  • In this department, you will be moderating content for the E-Commerce Department. Please note that NO political or sensitive content is handled here.

Salary:

  • 1238 € gross x 12 months (or 1100 € gross x 14 months) – you choose the payment schedule
  • 100€gross fixed project/role bonus
  • Meal allowance:€7.63 net/day (approx. €167,86/month) via meal card
  • Night shifts allowance: +25% per each hour worked
  • 166€ gross – EXTRA PROJECT BONUS (part of a total of €2,000 gross paid monthly during the first year of contract!)
  • It’s on average 1549€ – 1716€ gross / month + night shifts adder!

  • Full-time fixed-term contract for 6 months with the possibility of extension (under Portuguese law)

Who we are looking for:

  • You speak Dutch (minimum C2 level)
  • You speak English (minimum B2 level)
  • You live in Lisbon or are willing to relocate
  • You have good attention to detail and strong decision-making skills
  • You are comfortable working with online content and e-commerce platforms
