Work schedule: Monday–Sunday, 24/7 rotational shifts (full-time: 40h/week, 5 days/week, with 2 rotating days off)

✅ Project:

As a Content Moderator, you will ensure that product and service standards are upheld on an international e-commerce platform.

Your role involves making informed decisions based on local market knowledge and maintaining high-quality standards while reviewing product-related content.

✅ As a Content Moderator you will:

Review product listings, descriptions, images and pricing according to platform policies
Apply updated moderation guidelines and local market knowledge
Maintain accuracy and consistency in moderation decisions
Escalate complex or unclear cases according to procedures
Please note: no political, violent or highly sensitive content is handled in this project

✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system:

Base salary: €1,238 gross/month x12 or €1,100 gross/month x14 — you choose the payment schedule
Fixed project bonus: €100 gross/month
Extra Project Bonus: €167 gross (part of a total of €2,000 gross paid monthly during the first year of contract!)
Night shift allowance: +25% for each night hour worked
Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day, approximately €167/month, via meal card

Average monthly package: approx. €1,505 gross/month + €167 net/month meal card + applicable night allowance
