Support for household Appliances brand group!

Our client is one of the fastest growing companies in Europe. They help companies with their customer service effort. You will be part of an extremely driven remote team in awesome Portugal!

What you will do:

  • After sales support of all customers’ requests in Dutch mainly EMAIL but also incoming calls
  • Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns (i.e. troubleshooting, fraud order and returns: “My toothbrush stopped working”, “My TV arrived today after the repair, however it’s still not working”
  • Be knowledgeable about given offer and providing the product information (i.e.: I would like to learn more about the features of the coffee machine; What are the differences between these devices before ordering”
  • Answers delivery questions like: “I was expecting my product yesterday, but I have no news yet on the status of my issue”

Salary:

  • Base salary: 1238 € gross x 12 months (or 1100 € gross x 14 months) – you choose the payment schedule
  • up to 100€ gross project bonus/month (it is a fixed salary supplement),
  • up to €100 gross performance bonus,
  • meal allowance: 7,63€ NET/day (it’s approx. 167,86€ NET/month in a voucher card)
  • 166€ gross – EXTRA PROJECT BONUS (part of a total of €2,000 gross paid monthly during the first year of contract!)
  • Your average monthly gross salary ranges from€1,503 to €1,770.

  • Full-time, renewable 12-month employment contract directly with the company (according to Portuguese labor law), with the possibility of long-term or indefinite extension

  • Fluency in Dutch (C2 – native level)

  • EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit required
