Dutch Customer Support Athens — are you looking for a hybrid customer service role with fixed Monday–Friday hours, paid training and attractive bonuses?

Join an international customer support project for a leading global smart home technology and connected devices brand. An interest in technology is helpful, but full paid training is provided.

Hybrid work model in Athens – Neos Kosmos (office + home office)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00 (40 hours/week, weekends off and no night shifts)

✅ About the project

Join the customer support team of a leading global smart home technology and connected devices brand.

You will help Dutch-speaking customers with smart home devices, connected products and accessories in a structured international environment.

✅ What you will do

Support Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email and chat
Answer questions about products, features, orders and deliveries
Guide customers through product setup and basic troubleshooting
Help with account-related and service-related topics
Document customer interactions in internal systems
Follow up on unresolved cases and provide clear, professional support

✅ Salary & bonuses

Base salary: €1,300 gross/month x14 — including two additional salary payments worth €2,600 gross in total: one full salary at Christmas, half a salary at Easter and half a salary in summer
Welcome bonus: €100 gross/month for the first 12 months (€1,200 gross in total)
Monthly performance bonus: up to 10% of the base salary (€130 gross/month)
Meal allowance via Up Hellas Mastercard
Anniversary bonus: €500 gross after 12 months

Average monthly gross package: €1,400–€1,530 gross/month + meal allowance during the first 12 months.

✅ What we expect

Dutch at C1 level or higher, spoken and written
English at B2 level or higher
An interest in technology or smart home devices is welcome, but not required
Willingness to learn new products and guide customers through basic troubleshooting
You live in the Athens area or are ready to relocate
Readiness to work in a hybrid model in Athens – Neos Kosmos
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Previous customer service experience is welcome, but not required
EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece
