French Customer Advisor Athens – start your international experience in Athens and join a modern financial service supporting freelancers and small businesses across Europe.

• Location: Athens (Hybrid model – office + home office)
• Start dates: 1.06, 29.06 or 27.07
• Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 06:00–22:00 (8h/day, 40h/week, rotational shifts)
• No experience needed – paid training provided
About the Project
You will support customers of a well-established digital payment service, helping them with everyday account and payment-related questions. The role is structured, process-driven, and focused on delivering high-quality customer experience.
What you will do:
Support customers via phone and email (French)
Assist with accounts, payments and general requests
Communicate clearly and build trust with customers
Use internal tools and follow simple procedures
What we are looking for:
French level C1/C2 (fluent)
English level B2 or higher
Customer-oriented mindset
Good communication skills
Based in Athens or ready to relocate
EU citizenship or a valid residence/work permit in Greece.
Salary:
1050€ gross/month x14
+ 10% monthly performance bonus
Daily meal voucher (Up Hellas Card)

Total average per month: approx. 1050€ – 1155€ gross + meal allowance
