French Customer Advisor Lisbon opportunity for French speakers looking for an international office-based job in Portugal.

About the Project

This project is dedicated to supporting a leading provider of payment solutions and business technology. Their innovative platform empowers businesses of all sizes to sell seamlessly, manage operations efficiently, and enhance customer interactions. From payment processing and inventory management to appointment scheduling and online ordering, their solutions help businesses streamline their daily operations.

As a French & English Customer Advisor, you will assist users with inquiries, troubleshooting, and optimizing their experience with the platform.

What you will do:

Providing high-quality support in French and English via phone, email, and chat while maintaining a professional and friendly approach.

Assisting business clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and optimizing their use of the platform.

Verifying account information and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory guidelines.

Identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently to enhance their experience.

Handling support in both French and English.

Salary:

Base salary: 1085 € gross x 12 months (or 930 € gross x 14 months) – you choose the payment schedule

65€ gross/month – fixed project bonus

meal allowance: 7,63€ NET/day (approx. 167,86€ NET/month in a voucher card)

Night shift allowance : +25% per worked hour

Your average monthly gross salary ranges from €1150 to €1318 (plus night shifts allowance).

Full-time fixed-term contract for 6 months with the possibility of extension (under Portuguese law), with NO Permanence Clause required!

Fluency in French (min. C2)
