Job Description

French Customer Support Athens opportunity for French speakers looking for a stable hybrid role in Greece. Join an international financial services project and build your career in a modern office environment in Athens.

Work model: Hybrid after training

Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 07:00–22:00 (rotational shifts, 8h/day, 40h/ week)

No experience needed – paid training provided!

About the Project

Our client is a modern digital financial service supporting freelancers and small businesses across Europe with everyday account and payment solutions.

What you will do:

Support customers via phone and email in Italian

Help with accounts, payments and general requests

Build trust through clear and friendly communication

Work with internal systems and follow simple processes

Salary:

1050€ gross/month x 14 – base salary

10% monthly performance bonus (up to 105€)

Daily meal voucher (Up Hellas Card): 3€ net per working day

600€ welcome bonus

Anniversary bonus: 500€ gross after the first year of employment

Who we are looking for:

Perfect French (min. C2)

English (at least B1) – for an internal communication

Good communication skills

Customer-oriented mindset

Based in Athens and willing to work in a hybrid setting with an office part in Neos Kosmos area

EU citizenship or valid Greek residence/work permit
