French Customer Support Porto opportunity for French speakers looking for a stable office role in Portugal. Join a leading business travel platform and support corporate clients in a modern international environment with a fixed Monday–Friday schedule.

We require previous experience in Customer Support role (preferably travel industry), but we also provide the training!
About the Project
Join a customer support team working with one of Europe’s leading business travel platforms.
The platform helps companies manage business trips by bringing flights, hotels, trains, car rentals and expense management together in one place. You’ll support business travelers and corporate clients, helping them enjoy a smooth and hassle-free travel experience.
What you will do:
Support customers via phone, email and chat with their business travel requests
Help with booking, changing or cancelling flights, hotels, trains and car rentals
Resolve customer questions quickly and provide clear, professional solutions
Keep customer information up to date in internal systems
Work closely with your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
Salary:
Base salary: 1000 € gross x 14 months (it’s 1166 € gross x 12 months)
Performance bonus: up to 100€ gross
Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day (approx. €167,86/month) via meal card

Fluency in French (C2 – native)
English at professional proficiency level (min. C1)
You live anywhere in Porto or you are ready to relocate there
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

We require previous experience in Customer Support role, but we also provide the training!
Travel industry background is a great advantage!
