French Customer Support Home Office Porto opportunity for French-speaking candidates who want to work from home in the Porto area and support small businesses using modern mobile payment technology.

Join a leading European digital payments project with full training and a fully remote work setup within 50 km of Porto.

✅ Location: Home Office in Porto area – remote work within max. 50 km of Porto
  • Start date: 24.09
  • Schedule: Monday–Sunday, rotational shifts between 08:00 and 19:00 (8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week) with 2 rotating days off
  • No previous experience required – full training provided

About the Project

Join a project connected with a leading European mPOS company.

Its mobile payment solution enables small businesses to accept card payments quickly and securely using a smartphone. Become part of the French-speaking Customer Support team and help merchants make the most of modern payment technology.

What you will do:

  • Support French-speaking customers via phone, email, chat and social media
  • Assist small businesses with questions about products, payments and services
  • Resolve customer issues clearly and professionally
  • Help improve customer processes and merchant satisfaction
  • Cooperate with internal teams, including Sales and Marketing

Salary:

  • Base salary: €1,000 gross x14 months
  • €100 gross/month – fixed project bonus
  • Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day (approx. €167.86/month) via meal card
  • Your monthly gross salary is €1,100 + meal card.

Requirements:

  • French at C2 level
  • English at B2 level or higher
  • You already live in the Porto area or are ready to relocate there
  • You are customer-oriented and comfortable communicating with people
  • You feel confident using digital tools
  • Previous Customer Service experience is welcome, but not mandatory
  • ✅ EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Portugal is required.
