We are looking for you, entrusted with the support of our customers.

What you will do:

Handle incoming user requests via phone, email, and chat

Assist clients with post-sales requests, including delivery, warranties, and refunds

Provide inbound sales support and sell products to boost revenue, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction (without using aggressive sales tactics!)

Keeping customers informed with regular status and resolution updates

Record and track orders or requests, ensuring thorough documentation of all necessary data elements in the CRM according to client requirements, policies, and product

Who we are looking for:

Fluent German skills (minimum C2)

English level B2 or higher

You already live in Portugal (mainland) or are willing to relocate there.

Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills

Interest in customer service and consumer technology

EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence/work permit

Salary:

Base salary: 1516€ gross x 12 months (it’s €1300 gross x 14 months) – you can choose the payment schedule!

up to 225€ gross performance bonus/month

meal allowance: 7,63€ NET/day in a voucher card (approx 167,86€€ NET/month)

Your average monthly gross salary will range between 1516€ and 1900€ / month!

Fixed term, renewable full time employment contract for 6 months (according to the Portuguese law)

Shifts system: Monday -Saturday (8:00 –19:00)-40h/5days per week incl. Public Holidays (Sunday +1 rotational day off)
