About the Project

We are looking for German-speaking Content Moderators to join a leading international e-commerce and video platform. In this role, you will review product-related content to ensure compliance with platform policies and maintain high-quality standards.

This project focuses exclusively on e-commerce content, offering a structured and professional moderation environment WITHOUT exposure to political, violent or highly sensitive material.

What you will do:

Review product listings (descriptions, images and pricing)
Ensure compliance with platform policies and safety standards
Maintain accuracy and consistency in moderation decisions
Apply updated guidelines in daily workflows
Escalate complex or unclear cases when needed

Salary:

Base salary: €1238 gross x12 (or €1100 gross x14)
Fixed project bonus: €100 gross/month
Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day (approx. €167 net/month)
Night shift bonus: +25% per hour
Average: €1338–€1506 gross/month + meal allowance
Plus additional earnings from night shifts
Transparent salary structure with fixed bonus and additional earnings from night shifts.

German level C1 or higher
English level B2 or higher
Currently based in Lisbon or willing to relocate
Strong attention to detail and structured way of working
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Interest in e-commerce or digital platforms is a plus
EU citizenship or full legal right to work in Portugal
