German customer advisor Athens – About the Role
You will support German-speaking customers of a modern international online banking project. Your role will focus on helping customers with everyday banking questions, account-related topics and digital banking services.
This position is ideal for communicative and customer-oriented candidates looking for long-term employment in Greece with work-life balance and stable working conditions.
What you will do:
Support German-speaking customers via phone, email and chat
Assist with online banking and account-related questions
Provide professional and solution-oriented customer support
Handle customer information securely and confidentially
Work with internal systems and structured processes
Cooperate with international teams in a modern work environment
Who we are looking for:
Fluent German skills (C1/C2)
English level B2 or higher
Good communication and basic computer skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Based in Athens or willing to relocate
EU citizenship or valid Greek residence/work permit
1000 EUR welcome bonus paid after the 1st and 3rd month
2 extra salaries per year according to Greek law
500 EUR anniversary bonus
Average monthly earnings: approx. 1500–1800 EUR gross/month + meal benefits.
