German Customer Support E-Bikes Athens opportunity for German speakers looking for a stable hybrid job with Monday–Friday schedule and paid training in Greece.

Join an international customer support project for a premium e-bike and accessories brand and support German-speaking customers in a modern hybrid work environment in Athens. Paid training provided — no previous experience required.

Location: Athens, Greece (Neos Kosmos – Hybrid Model)

Work Model: Hybrid (office + home office)

Start Date: 6.07

Schedule: Monday–Friday between 09:00–20:00 (8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week)

Contract: Permanent full-time contract under Greek labor law

About the Role

Join an international customer support project for a leading premium e-bike and bicycle accessories company known for innovation, quality products and direct customer communication.

You will support German-speaking customers with orders, products and general customer service questions while working in a modern hybrid environment in Athens.

This opportunity is ideal for German speakers looking for stable employment, work-life balance and long-term career growth in Greece.

What you will do:

Support German-speaking customers via phone, chat and email

Help customers with orders, products and account-related questions

Provide clear information about bicycles and accessories

Document customer interactions in internal systems

Build positive long-term customer relationships

Deliver professional and customer-oriented support

Who we are looking for:

Fluent German skills (minimum C2)

English level B2/C1

Good communication and customer service skills

Stable internet connection at home

Based in Athens or willing to relocate

Interest in customer support and premium consumer products

EU citizenship or valid Greek residence/work permit

Salary:

1300 EUR gross/month – base salary

50 EUR gross/month -guaranteed project bonus

Performance bonus up to 15%

2 extra salaries per year according to Greek law (+2600 EUR)

Daily meal voucher card (Up Hellas Mastercard)

Anniversary bonus: 500 EUR gross after every year of employment

Average monthly earnings: approx. 1350–1545 EUR gross/month + meal vouchers and extra salaries.
