German Customer Support E-Bikes Athens — are you looking for a hybrid customer service role with a Monday–Friday schedule, paid training and attractive monthly bonuses?

Join an international customer support project for a leading premium e-bike and bicycle accessories brand. No previous experience is required — full paid training is provided.

✅ Location and schedule:

Possible start: 19.10
Hybrid work model in Athens – Neos Kosmos (office + home office)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts scheduled between 09:00 and 20:00 (40 hours/week, weekends off and no night shifts)

✅ Project:

As a German Customer Support Advisor, you will support German-speaking customers of a leading premium e-bike and bicycle accessories brand known for innovative products, quality and direct customer communication.

You will help customers with products, orders, deliveries and basic technical questions in a modern international environment.

✅ What you will do:

Support German-speaking customers via phone, email and chat
Answer questions about e-bikes, bicycle accessories and product features
Help customers with orders, deliveries and account-related topics
Provide clear guidance on basic product use and technical questions
Document customer interactions in internal systems
Follow up on unresolved cases and build positive customer relationships
Provide friendly, professional and solution-oriented support

✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system:

Base salary: €1,300 gross/month x14 — including two additional salary payments worth €2,600 gross in total: one full salary at Christmas, half a salary at Easter and half a salary in summer
Fixed project bonus: €50 gross/month
Monthly performance bonus: up to 15% of the base salary (€195 gross/month)
Meal allowance: €3 net per worked day (approx. €60 net/month) via Up Hellas Mastercard
Anniversary bonus: €500 gross after each completed year of employment
Average monthly gross earnings: €1,350–€1,545 + meal vouchers.

✅ Requirements:

German at C2 level, spoken and written
English at B2 level or higher

Customer-oriented and professional approach
Previous customer service experience is welcome, but not required
EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece

Relocation and accommodation support is available for eligible candidates moving to Athens. The exact package and eligibility conditions are confirmed individually during the recruitment process.
