What you will do:
Support customers via phone, email and chat in a clear and friendly way
Handle inbound requests related to insurance policies and services
Assist with contract updates, cancellations, claims and payment details
Process requests in internal systems and maintain accurate records
Ensure high service quality and follow internal procedures
Salary:
Base salary: €1238 gross x12 (or €1100 x14)
Fixed project bonus: €100 gross/month
Performance bonus: up to €100 gross/month
Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day (~€167/month)
Total monthly package: Average: €1338–€1606 gross/month + meal allowance

Private life friendly working time frames: Monday – Friday 07:30 – 20:00 (40h per week, 8h/day) with weekends off
Full-time fixed-term contract for 6 months with the possibility of extension (under Portuguese law), with NO Permanence Clause required.
