Job Description

German Mobile Payments Support Portugal is a fully remote opportunity for German speakers looking for a stable Home Office job in Portugal.

Work from home anywhere in mainland Portugal and support German-speaking business customers of a modern mobile payments and card terminal project.

✅ Location: Home Office all over Portugal (mainland)

Start date to choose: 25.06

Two-shift system: Monday-Sunday – 08:00 – 19:00 – 5 days/week, 40 hours/week – Full-time) with 2 rotating days off

We offer an efficient and fast online recruitment process

Remote work – You will receive the necessary technical equipment (headset and computer) free of charge via courier to perform your duties from home!

About the Project

This project is connected with a leading European mPOS (mobile point-of-sale) company.
Their device allows small businesses to accept card payments anywhere using just their smartphone. This solution offers quick onboarding and transparent pricing.
Join our German Speaking remote team and revolutionize the payment industry!

What you will do:

Provide customer support for German-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media

Assist small businessess with all questions and concerns regarding our product and service

Actively optimize all customer-related processes to increase merchant satisfaction

Work closely with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing

Salary:

Base salary: 1100€ gross x 14 months / it’s 1283€ gross x 12 months

100€ gross /month x 12 – Project bonus (permanent salary increase)

Meal allowance: €7.63NET/day (approx. 167,86€/month) meal voucher!

Average monthly earnings: 1383€ – 1550€ gross / month!
