About the Project

Join an international Customer Support team supporting users of one of the world’s leading video and e-commerce platforms.

As a German-speaking Customer Advisor, you will help users with orders, deliveries, account-related questions and platform support while working in a fast-growing digital environment.

This role is ideal for German-speaking candidates looking for an office-based international job in Lisbon with stable salary, bonuses and career opportunities in the online platform industry.

What you will do:

Support users via inbound and outbound phone calls
Help buyers, sellers and content creators with account and order-related questions
Resolve reported issues clearly and efficiently
Escalate more complex cases to the appropriate internal teams
Provide professional customer support in a structured environment
Work closely with international teams and internal tools

Who we are looking for:

Fluent German skills (minimum C2)
English level B2 or higher
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Interest in e-commerce and digital platforms
Ability to make rational decisions in a fast-paced environment
Customer-oriented mindset
EU citizenship or full rights to work in Portugal

Salary:

Base salary: 1238 EUR gross/month x12 payments or 1100 EUR gross/month x14 payments
100 EUR gross fixed project bonus/month
Meal allowance: 7.63 EUR net/day (approx. 167.86 EUR/month)
Attractive monthly bonus structure
Average monthly earnings: approx. 1338–1506 EUR gross/month including bonuses.
