- Start date: 17.09
- Remote work within max. 50 km of Porto – relocation to the Porto area is possible
- Schedule: Monday–Sunday, rotational shifts between 08:00 and 19:00 (8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week) with 2 rotating days off
- Previous sales experience is mandatory

About the Project
Join a project connected with one of the world’s largest cruise brands, with a strong presence across Europe, the Americas, the Gulf region, Southern Africa and Asia.
The team supports guests and travel agents before and after booking. You will combine customer service with sales: helping people choose cruise packages, manage existing bookings and get clear information about destinations, ships, documentation and prices.

What you will do:
- Handle inbound calls from customers and travel agents
- Sell cruise packages and cross-sell or upsell related products
- Support customers with post-booking questions and booking management
- Help travel agents with bookings and changes
- Provide clear information about destinations, ships, documentation, prices and other cruise-related questions
Salary:
- Base salary: €1,000 gross x14 months
- Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day (approx. €167.86/month) via meal card
- Monthly package: €1,000 gross x14 + meal card.
Requirements:
- Italian at C2 level
- English at least B2
- Previous sales experience is required
- Previous experience in tourism or a travel agency is a plus
- Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience is welcome
- You are comfortable using digital tools and work in an organised and reliable way
- You already live within 50 km of Porto or are ready to relocate to the Porto area before starting
- ✅ EU citizenship or a residence permit in Portugal is required.
