Italian Customer Care Porto opportunity for Italian speakers looking to build an international career in Customer Service and Technical Support. Join a global diabetes care project, support users of innovative medical devices and work from Porto Office Park.

About the Project

Join a global leader in diabetes care and help patients use modern medical devices safely and confidently.

This is a meaningful Customer Care role combining communication, technology and real support for people in their everyday lives.

As an Italian Customer Care Advisor, you will:

Support customers via phone, email and chat

Help users with device-related questions

Troubleshoot basic technical issues

Manage orders, renewals and documentation

Provide friendly and empathetic customer service

Salary & Benefits

€1,000 gross/month x 14 – base salary

€200 gross/month – fixed project bonus

€1,200 gross Welcome Bonus, paid in 12 equal monthly instalments of €100 gross during the first year of employment

Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day, approximately €167.86 net/month

Night shifts: additional 25% per hour

Your average monthly salary: 1400€ gross + 2 extra salaries + meal allowance + night shift adder!
