About the Project

Join a global leader in diabetes care and help patients use modern medical devices safely and confidently.

This is a meaningful Customer Care role combining communication, technology and real support for people in their everyday lives.

As an Italian Customer Care Advisor, you will:

Support customers via phone, email and chat

Help users with device-related questions

Troubleshoot basic technical issues

Manage orders, renewals and documentation

Provide friendly and empathetic customer service

Salary:

€1,000 gross/month x 14 – base salary

€100 gross/month – fixed project bonus

€1,200 gross Welcome Bonus, paid in 12 equal monthly instalments of €100 gross during the first year of employment

Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day, approximately €167.86 net/month

Night shifts: additional 25% per hour

Your average monthly salary: 1300€ gross + 2 extra salaries + meal allowance + night shifts adder!

What we offer:

Start date: 20.08

Full time fixed term 6-months employment contract with extension possibility (according to the Portuguese law)

Rotational schedule time frames: Monday–Sunday, 24/7 with two rotating days off (Night shifts between 22:00 and 07:00 are only occasional)

Training is provided at the beginning of the work

Who we are looking for:

You speak Italian (at least C2)

English at minimum strong B2+ level

Strong communication and customer service skills

Empathy, patience and active listening

EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence and work permit
