Italian Customer Service in Lisbon – office-based, inbound insurance role with Monday–Friday shifts and weekends off.

Office-based work in Lisbon Oriente
Work schedule: Monday–Friday, rotational shifts between 07:30 and 20:00 (full-time: 40h/week, 5 days/week, weekends off)

✅ Project:

As an Italian Customer Service Advisor, you will support customers with insurance policies, accounts and service-related requests.

This is an inbound, non-sales role focused on providing clear and professional assistance in an international environment.

✅ As a Customer Service Advisor you will:

Support Italian-speaking customers by phone and online channels
Answer questions about insurance policies and account details
Process policy updates and cancellation requests
Assist with claims and payment-detail updates
Prepare and send relevant documents and information
Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems

✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system:

Base salary: €1,167 gross/month x12 or €1,000 gross/month x14 — you choose the payment schedule
Extra Project Bonus: €100 gross (part of a total of €1,200 gross paid monthly during the first year of contract!)
Performance bonus: up to €100 gross/month
Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day, approximately €167/month, via meal card

Average monthly package: approx. €1,267–€1,367 gross/month + €167 net/month meal card
