Office-based work in Lisbon Oriente
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 08:00–18:00 (8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week), Sundays off

✅ Project:

Join a customer support project for a leading international group of household-appliance brands.
You will provide after-sales assistance to Italian-speaking customers with product, order, delivery, return and repair-related questions.

✅ As a Customer Support Advisor you will:

Provide after-sales support in Italian by phone and email
Handle questions about product issues, returns and repairs
Review potentially fraudulent orders according to internal procedures
Provide product information and help customers compare features before purchase
Answer delivery questions and provide order-status updates

✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system

Base salary: €1,167 gross/month x12 or €1,000 gross/month x14 — you choose the payment schedule
Performance bonus: up to €100 gross/month
Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day, approximately €168/month, via meal card

Average monthly package: approx. €1,167–€1,267 gross/month + €168 net/month meal card

Italian at C2 level
