Italian Customer Support Lisbon Video Platform opportunity for Italian speakers looking to start an international career in Portugal. Join one of the world’s leading video and e-commerce platforms and work in a modern office environment in Lisbon.

About the Project

Join a fast-growing team supporting one of the world’s leading video and e-commerce platforms!
As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll assist users by phone, helping resolve their questions and ensuring a smooth online shopping experience.

What you will do:

Talk to Video App users via inbound and outbound calls – be the friendly voice they can count on

Help with orders, deliveries, and account issues – whether it’s a buyer, seller, or content creator

Review and solve reported problems quickly and clearly

Escalate more complex issues to the right team, following clear procedures

Who we are looking for:

You speak Italian (at least C2)

You speak English (at least B2)

You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate here

You have strong moderation skills, verbal and written communication skills and rational decision making with local market expertise

You have strong understanding of e-commerce

Salary:

1000€ gross x 14 months (or 1166€ gross x 12 months) – – you choose the payment schedule

100€ gross fixed project/role bonus

Meal allowance: 7,63€ net/day (it’s 167,86€net / month) – issued as a prepaid card

It’s on average 1266€ – 1434€ gross / month

Full time fixed term 6-months employment contract with extension possibility (according to the Portuguese law)

Training is provided at the beginning of the work
