• Fixed schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:00-17:00 (Portugal time – 8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week), NO SHIFTS, weekends off!


• We require previous experience in Customer Support role (preferably travel industry), but we also provide the training!

Join one of Europe’s leading business travel platforms and support corporate clients with flights, hotels, trains, car rentals and other business travel arrangements. Work from a modern office in Porto, receive full project training and develop your career in an international travel environment.

• Support customers via phone, email and chat with their business travel requests


• Help with booking, changing or cancelling flights, hotels, trains and car rentals


• Resolve customer questions quickly and provide clear, professional solutions


• Keep customer information up to date in internal systems


• Work closely with your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience

• Base salary: 1000 € gross x 14 months (it’s 1166 € gross x 12 months)


• Performance bonus: up to 100€ gross


• Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day (approx. €167,86/month) via meal card

• Possible start: 10.09

• Full-time fixed-term contract for 6 months with the possibility of extension (under Portuguese law)
