Office-based position in Porto Office Park

Working schedule: Monday–Sunday between 08:00 and 19:00 (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, 5 days/week, with 2 rotating days off)

About the Project

Join a project connected with a leading European mPOS company.

Its mobile payment solution enables small businesses to accept card payments quickly and securely using a smartphone. Become part of the Italian-speaking Customer Support team and help merchants make the most of modern payment technology.

As an Italian-speaking Customer Advisor, you will:

Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, chat and social media

Assist small businesses with questions about products, payments and services

Resolve customer issues clearly and professionally

Help improve customer processes and merchant satisfaction

Cooperate with internal teams, including Sales and Marketing

Salary & Benefits

Base salary: €1,000 gross x 14 months or €1,166 gross x12 months

Fixed project bonus: €250 gross/month

meal allowance: 7,63€ NET/day (it’s approx. 167,86€ NET/month in a voucher card)

Total monthly package, average: 1350€ – 1518€ gross/month + 2 extra salaries per year!

Who we are looking for:

Italian at C2 or native level

English at B2 level or higher

You already live in the Porto area or are ready to relocate there

Customer-oriented and friendly approach

Good communication skills

Previous experience in Customer Service area is a great plus, but NOT mandatory

EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence and work permit
