• Shifts system: Monday -Sunday (7:00 –21:00)-40h/5days per week incl. Public Holidays (2 rotational days off)

• Support of all customers’ requests in Italian by phone, chat and social media


• Support viewers with account and application issues, especially regarding software functionality and configurations


• Serve as the first point of contact for viewers and act as a vital brand ambassador


• Deliver accurate and real-time responses to viewers’ inquiries.


• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

• You speak Italian (at least C2 level)


• You speak communicative English – min. B2 level


• You live in Portugal (mainland)


• You are customer-oriented and enjoy interacting with people


• EU citizenship or a residence permit in Portugal is mandatory

• Base salary: 1166€ gross x 14 months (or 1000€ gross x 14 months) – you can choose your payment schedule!


• up to 100€ gross performance bonus/month


• Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day (approx. €167,86/month) via meal card

• Possible start date: 6.08


• Fixed term, renewable full time employment contract for 6 months (according to the Portuguese law)
