German Content Moderator in Lisbon – office-based role in Lisbon Oriente for German-speaking candidates.

Office-based work in Lisbon Oriente
Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 24/7 rotational shifts (8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week) with 2 rotating days off

✅ Project:

As a Content Moderator, you will ensure that product and service standards are upheld on one of the world’s leading e-commerce and short-form video platforms.
Your role involves making informed decisions based on local market knowledge and maintaining high-quality standards while reviewing content.

✅ As a Content Moderator you will:

Review e-commerce content on the platform (e.g. product listings) to ensure compliance with platform policies, safety guidelines, and legal standards
Maintain high quality standards in moderation by accurately evaluating product descriptions, images, and pricing
Stay up to date with evolving guidelines and apply changes consistently in your daily work
Escalate complex or unclear cases according to internal procedures
In this department, you will be moderating content for the E-commerce Department. Please note that NO political or sensitive content is handled here.

✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):

1238 € gross x 12 months (or 1100 € gross x 14 months) – you choose the payment schedule
100€gross fixed project/role bonus
Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day (approx. €167,86/month) via meal card
Night shifts allowance: +25% per each hour worked
It’s on average 1463€ – 1631€ gross / month + night shifts adder!

✅ What we offer:

Start date: 22.10
Full-time fixed-term contract for 6 months with the possibility of extension under Portuguese law, with no permanence clause required

✅ Requirements:

German at C2 level
English at B2 level or higher
You live in Lisbon or are ready to relocate
Strong written communication, moderation and decision-making skills
Good understanding of e-commerce is an advantage

✅ EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Portugal is required.
