Polish Customer Support Athens opportunity for candidates already living in the Athens area and looking for a stable hybrid role with a global sportswear and lifestyle project.

Support Polish-speaking customers with everyday product and service questions. No previous Customer Service experience required – full paid training is provided.

Hybrid work model in Athens – Neos Kosmos
Working schedule: Monday–Saturday, rotational shifts: Mon–Fri 09:00–19:00 / Sat 10:00–18:00 (8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week, Sunday + 1 rotating day off)

Join the Customer Support team of a leading global sportswear and lifestyle brand known for sports clothing, footwear and accessories.

You will help Polish-speaking customers with everyday questions and make sure they receive a smooth and professional shopping experience.

✅ What you will do

Support Polish-speaking customers by phone and email
Answer questions about products, orders and services
Provide clear information and practical solutions
Help customers resolve everyday issues quickly and professionally
Recommend additional products when relevant, without aggressive sales
Maintain a friendly and positive customer experience

✅ Salary & Remuneration

Base salary: €1,050 gross/month x14 – including two additional salary payments: one full salary at Christmas, half a salary at Easter and half a salary in summer
Monthly performance bonus: up to 10% of the base salary – up to €105 gross/month
Meal allowance: €3 net per worked day, approx. €60 net/month via Up Hellas Mastercard

Average monthly gross package: €1,050–€1,155 gross/month + meal allowance, plus 2 additional salary payments per year.

✅ Requirements

Polish at C2 level
English at minimum B1 level for internal communication
You already live in the Athens area and are ready to work in a hybrid model
Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
No previous Customer Service experience required – full training provided
EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece
