About the Project

This project is dedicated to supporting a leading provider of payment solutions and business technology. Their innovative platform empowers businesses of all sizes to sell seamlessly, manage operations efficiently, and enhance customer interactions. From payment processing and inventory management to appointment scheduling and online ordering, their solutions help businesses streamline their daily operations.

As a Spanish & English Customer Advisor, you will assist users with inquiries, troubleshooting, and optimizing their experience with the platform.

What you will do:

  • Providing high-quality support in Spanish and English via phone, email, and chat while maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
  • Assisting business clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and optimizing their use of the platform.
  • Verifying account information and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory guidelines.
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently to enhance their experience.
  • Handling support in both Spanish and English.

Salary:

  • Base salary: 1073 € gross x 12 months (or 920 € gross x 14 months) – you choose the payment schedule
  • 25€ gross/month – fixed project bonus
  • Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day (approx. €167,86/month) via meal card
  • Night shift allowance :+25% per hour
  • Your average monthly gross salary ranges from €1100 to €1268 + night allowance

Who we are looking for:

  • Fluency in Spanish (min. C2)
  • Full working proficiency in English (min. B2 level)

  • We require EU citizenship or full rights to work in Portugal
