Turkish Technical Sales Specialist Athens – combine technical expertise with B2B Digital Advertising.

Office-based work in Athens – Neos Kosmos
Fixed Monday–Friday schedule: 09:00–18:00 (8h/day, 40h/week, no shifts, weekends off)

Turn technical challenges into measurable advertising results.

You will work with Turkish-speaking advertisers to understand their business and technical requirements, recommend suitable digital advertising solutions and support successful activation, implementation and optimization.

✅ As a Technical Sales Specialist you will

Understand advertiser requirements through consultative discussions, technical questioning and data-led analysis
Match customer challenges with suitable products, features, configurations and digital advertising solutions
Support solution activation, implementation, optimization and ongoing improvements
Recommend solutions based on functionality, scalability, performance impact and return on advertising spend
Support campaign configuration changes and troubleshoot technical issues
Identify opportunities for optimization, upselling and solution expansion
Use CRM systems, performance dashboards and campaign management tools to track activity and results

✅ Salary & Bonuses

Base salary: €1,100 gross/month x14 – including two additional salary payments worth €2,200 gross in total
Fixed project bonus: €400 gross/month
Performance bonus: up to €250 gross/month
Up Hellas Mastercard meal voucher: €3 net per worked day (approx. €60 net/month), increasing to €6 net per worked day after one year

Average monthly gross package: €1,500–€1,750 gross/month + 2 additional salaries per year + Up Hellas Card

✅ Requirements

Turkish at C1/C2 level
English at B2 level or higher
Minimum 1 year of proven Technical Sales experience
Background in Technical Sales, Digital Advertising, Technology, SaaS, B2B Sales or Account Management
Good understanding of digital advertising platforms, performance metrics, targeting and campaign optimization
Experience with solution activation, implementation, configuration changes or troubleshooting
Strong analytical, consultative and problem-solving skills
EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece is required
You already live in Athens or are ready to relocate to Athens and work from our office in Neos Kosmos
