About the Project
Join a customer support team working with one of the world’s leading international car rental companies.
Supporting customers across more than 140 countries, you’ll help travelers before, during and after their vehicle rental experience. This is a dynamic customer-facing role combining service, communication and consultative support in an international environment.
What you will do:
Assist customers via phone, email and messaging throughout the vehicle rental process
Help with reservations, booking changes and rental-related questions
Recommend the most suitable rental options based on customers’ travel needs
Resolve customer inquiries quickly and professionally while delivering an excellent service experience
Build positive customer relationships and contribute to a smooth, stress-free travel experience
Salary:
Base salary: 1000 € gross x 14 months (it’s 1166 € gross x 12 months)
Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day (approx. €167,86/month) via meal card

Who we are looking for:
Fluency in French (C2 – native)
English at professional proficiency level (min. C1)
You live anywhere in Porto or you are ready to relocate there
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
You are looking for adventure in fast growing, international company
We require previous experience in Customer Support role, but we also provide the training!
Travel industry background is a great advantage!
Note: We require EU citizenship or full rights to work in Portugal
