As a German Customer Advisor, you’ll help users with everyday questions related to a well-known digital platform. This is a structured, supportive environment where you can grow your experience in international customer service.
What you will do:
Support customers via chat, email, and phone
Help with general questions and basic platform-related topics
Provide clear and friendly communication
Manage your own cases and ensure high service quality
Work closely with internal teams when needed
Salary:
Base salary: €1283 gross x12 (or €1100 x14)
Fixed project bonus: €135 gross/month
Performance bonus: up to €120 gross/month
Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day (~€167/month)
Total monthly package: Average: €1418–€1705 gross/month + meal allowance
Who we are looking for:
German level C2 (native or fluent)
English level B2 or higher
Based in Lisbon or ready to relocate
Customer-oriented and communicative personality
Comfortable using everyday digital tools
Previous experience is a plus (but not required)
EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit
What we offer:
Possible start: 18.06
Full-time fixed-term contract for 6 months with the possibility of extension (under Portuguese law), with NO Permanence Clause required!
It’s OFFICE BASED position in Lisbon Oriente
Working schedule: Monday-Sunday 8:00 – 20:00 -rotating shifts ( 5days/week, 40h per week) with 2 rotational days off!
