German Customer Support Porto – hybrid work in an international banking project. Help customers with everyday banking questions as their first point of contact.

Start date: 29.10.2026
Hybrid work in Porto
Monday–Sunday, rotating shifts between 06:00 and 21:00
Full-time: 40 hours/week, 5 days/week, with 2 rotating days off

✅ Project:

Join an international retail banking project and support German-speaking customers with everyday questions about their accounts, telephone banking and banking app.

✅ As a German-speaking Customer Support Advisor you will:

Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide first-line retail banking support
Help with phone banking IDs, T-PINs and banking app setup
Present relevant banking products in a customer-focused, sales-oriented way
Support central marketing campaigns

✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system:

Base salary: €1,100 gross/month × 14
Performance bonus: up to €200 gross/month
Meal allowance: €7.63 net per working day, approximately €168 net/month, paid via meal card

Average monthly gross package: approximately €1,283–€1,483 gross/month + meal card (annual average, including the 2 extra salary payments)
