German Customer Care – fully remote healthcare role in the Porto area.

Support users of diabetes-care devices from home within 50 km of Porto Office Park and receive a €1,500 gross Welcome Bonus during your first year.

Start date: 22.10
Fully remote within max. 50 km of Porto Office Park
Monday–Sunday, 24/7 rotational shifts (8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week), with 2 rotating days off
Occasional night shifts between 22:00 and 07:00

✅ Project:

Support German-speaking customers using diabetes-care and medical devices.
The role combines Customer Service with basic technical support.

✅ As a Customer Care Advisor you will:

Support customers by phone, email and chat
Answer questions about diabetes-care devices
Guide customers through basic troubleshooting
Assist with orders, renewals and documentation
Provide patient and empathetic support

✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):

€1,283 gross x12 months or €1,100 gross x14 months – you choose the payment schedule
€300 gross/month fixed project bonus
€1,500 gross Welcome Bonus, paid as €125 gross/month during the first year
Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day (approx. €167.86/month) via meal card
Night allowance: +25% for each night hour worked
It’s €1,525–€1,708 guaranteed gross/month during the first year + meal card and applicable night allowance.

German at C2 level
