Job Description

German Customer Care Porto opportunity for German speakers looking to build an international career in Customer Service and Technical Support. Join a global diabetes care project, support users of innovative medical devices and work from Porto Office Park.

About the Project

Join a global leader in diabetes care and help patients use modern medical devices safely and confidently.

This is a meaningful Customer Care role combining communication, technology and real support for people in their everyday lives.

As a German Customer Care Advisor, you will:

Support customers via phone, email and chat

Help users with device-related questions

Troubleshoot basic technical issues

Manage orders, renewals and documentation

Provide friendly and empathetic customer service

Salary & Benefits

€1,100 gross x 14 months (it’s €1283 x 12 months) – base salary

€150 gross/month – fixed project bonus

€1,500 gross Welcome Bonus, paid in 12 monthly instalments of €125 gross during the first year

Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day, approximately €167.86 net/month

Night shifts: additional 25% per hour worked

Average monthly gross package during the first year: approximately €1,558, plus meal allowance and night shift adder.
