Hybrid role in Athens (office + home office)

Start date: 19.10
Work model: Hybrid after training
Schedule: Monday–Sunday, rotating shifts within 07:00–02:00 (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week).
Initially, shifts end by 22:00. After gaining experience, advisors may be offered the late shift ending at 02:00, worked remotely from home.
No experience needed – paid training provided!

About the Project

Our client is a modern digital financial service supporting freelancers and small businesses across Europe with everyday account and payment solutions.

What you will do:

Support customers via phone and email in Italian
Help with accounts, payments and general requests
Build trust through clear and friendly communication
Work with internal systems and follow simple processes

Salary:

1100€ gross/month x 14 – base salary
Monthly performance bonus of up to 10%
Up Hellas Card: €3 net per worked day (approx. €60 net/month), increasing to €6 net per worked day (approx. €120 net/month) after one year

Average monthly gross package: €1,100–€1,210 gross/month + 2 extra salaries + Up Hellas Card

Who we are looking for:

Perfect Italian (min. C2)
English (at least B1) – for an internal communication
Good communication skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Based in Athens and willing to work in a hybrid setting with an office part in Neos Kosmos area
EU citizenship or valid Greek residence/work permit
