What you will do:
Support customers via phone and email in Italian
Help with accounts, payments and general requests
Build trust through clear and friendly communication
Work with internal systems and follow simple processes
Salary:
1100€ gross/month x 14 – base salary
+10% monthly performance bonus
Daily meal voucher (Up Hellas Card)
Private health insurance (incl. dental & optical care)
Who we are looking for:
Perfect Italian (min. C2)
English (at least B1) – for an internal communication
Good communication skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Based in Athens and willing to work in a hybrid setting with an office part in Neos Kosmos area
EU citizenship or valid Greek residence/work permit
