✅ Project:

As an Italian Digital Advertising Specialist, you will support advertisers using the advertising solutions of one of the world’s largest social media and technology companies. You will advise existing Italian-market SME clients, review campaign performance and identify smart opportunities to grow their advertising investment. This is a consultative commercial role focused on existing customers, not cold calling.

✅ As a Digital Advertising Specialist you will:

Advise existing Italian-market advertisers on social media campaigns and budgets
Analyze campaign performance and recommend clear improvements
Handle inbound calls and emails with SME business customers
Identify upselling opportunities and help clients grow their advertising investment
Build, manage and report on your sales pipeline
Create tailored advertising strategies based on each customer’s business goals
Share product updates, upgrades and transition paths
Build strong relationships with customers, partners and colleagues

✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system:

Base salary: €1,150 gross/month x14 – including two additional salary payments: one full salary at Christmas, half a salary at Easter and half a salary in summer
Office allowance: €50/month
Fixed project bonus: €150 gross/month
Performance bonus: up to €250 gross/month
Up Hellas Card: approximately €60/month, doubling after one year

Office-based work in Athens – Neos Kosmos
Fixed Monday–Friday schedule, 09:00–17:00, with no shifts and weekends off
Three weeks of paid training conducted in English

Relocation and accommodation support available for eligible candidates moving from abroad

✅ Requirements:

Italian at C2 level, spoken and written
English at B2 level, spoken and written – the three-week training is conducted in English
You live in the Athens area or are ready to relocate
A commercial mindset and confidence communicating with business customers
Previous customer service, sales or B2B experience is welcome, but not required
Good PC/IT and organizational skills
Social media or digital marketing awareness is a strong advantage
EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece is required

✅ Relocation package:

For eligible candidates relocating to Athens from abroad, the role includes:

€100 welcome card for restaurants and groceries during your first month in Athens
