Polish Digital Sales Representative in Athens – develop a portfolio of business clients and agency partners in B2B Digital Advertising.

Develop business clients and agency partners through smarter Digital Advertising.

You will work with a portfolio of Polish-speaking business clients and agencies using the solutions of one of the world’s leading social media advertising platforms. Your role is to understand what clients want to achieve, review their advertising performance and recommend solutions that can improve campaign results and grow their business.

✅ As a Digital Sales Representative you will

Manage and develop relationships with business clients and agency partners
Understand clients’ business goals and advertising needs
Review campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Recommend relevant advertising solutions and campaign optimizations
Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and advertising investment
Manage follow-ups, opportunities and results in CRM
Work towards individual sales and revenue targets

✅ Salary & Bonuses

Base salary: €1,200 gross/month x14 – including two additional salary payments worth €2,400 gross in total
Fixed project bonus: €450 gross/month
Performance bonus: up to €250 gross/month
Up Hellas Mastercard meal voucher: €3 net per worked day (approx. €60 net/month), increasing to €6 net per worked day after one year

Average monthly gross package: €1,650–€1,900 gross/month + 2 additional salaries per year + Up Hellas Card

✅ Requirements

Polish at C2 level
English at C1 level
Minimum 2 years of proven Sales experience
Background in B2B Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Digital Advertising or a similar commercial environment
Good understanding of digital marketing and online advertising, including campaign performance, targeting and optimization
Strong consultative selling, communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working with sales targets, CRM systems and performance data
You live in Athens or are ready to relocate
EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece is required
