✅ Project:

As a Polish Social Media Ads Specialist, you will support advertisers using the advertising solutions of one of the world’s largest social media and technology companies. You will advise existing Polish-market SME clients, review campaign performance and identify smart opportunities to grow their advertising investment. This is a consultative commercial role focused on existing customers, not cold calling.

✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system:

Base salary: €1,200 gross/month x14 – including two additional salary payments worth €2,400 gross in total: one full salary at Christmas, half a salary at Easter and half a salary in summer
Fixed project bonus: €150 gross/month
Performance bonus: up to €250 gross/month
Up Hellas Card: €3 net per worked day (approx. €60 net/month), increasing to €6 net per worked day (approx. €120 net/month) after one year

Average monthly gross package: €1,350–€1,600 gross/month + 2 extra salaries + Up Hellas Card

✅ Requirements:

Polish at native level, spoken and written
English at B2 level, spoken and written – the three-week training is conducted in English
You live in the Athens area or are ready to relocate
A commercial mindset and confidence communicating with business customers
Previous customer service, sales or B2B experience is welcome, but not required
Good PC/IT and organizational skills
Social media or digital marketing awareness is a strong advantage
EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece is required
