As a Spanish Airline Customer Support Advisor, you will help passengers before, during and after their journey.

You will support booking-related requests, travel information and passenger assistance in an international airline project.

✅ As a Customer Support Advisor you will

Support Spanish-speaking passengers by phone, email and chat
Assist with reservations, booking changes, cancellations and travel-related questions
Provide clear information about flights, services and available options
Handle complaints, sensitive cases and back-office tasks
Maintain accurate records and escalate complex cases when required

✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system

Base salary: €1,073 gross/month x12 or €920 gross/month x14 — you choose the payment schedule
Fixed project bonus: €25 gross/month
Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day, approximately €168/month, via meal card

Average monthly package: approx. €1,266 including meal card

Spanish at C2 level
English at B2 level or higher
You live in Lisbon or are ready to relocate
Customer Support, airline or reservations experience is an advantage
Professional, customer-focused communication skills
EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Portugal is required.
