Join a Monday–Friday B2B sales role where you will work with advertisers from the Dutch market, create new commercial opportunities and help businesses grow through paid social media advertising.

Fixed Monday–Friday schedule: 09:00–18:00 (8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week, no shifts, weekends off)

You will join a Digital Advertising sales team focused on the Dutch market and work with business clients using one of the world’s leading social media advertising platforms.

Your job is to understand where a business wants to grow, spot commercial potential and recommend advertising solutions that make sense for that client.

✅ As an Ad Sales Specialist you will:

Start conversations with Dutch-market advertisers through proactive outbound contact
Reconnect with inactive or under-developed accounts and uncover new business potential
Ask the right questions to understand each client’s goals, challenges and budget
Recommend paid advertising solutions that match the customer’s business needs
Turn promising conversations into concrete sales opportunities
Handle objections professionally and keep opportunities moving forward
Build productive relationships with advertisers and decision-makers
Manage follow-ups, pipeline activity and results in CRM

✅ Salary & Bonuses:

Base salary: €1,500 gross/month x14 – including two additional salary payments: one full salary at Christmas, half a salary at Easter and half a salary in summer
Fixed project bonus: €200 gross/month
Performance bonus: up to €250 gross/month
Up Hellas Mastercard meal voucher: €3 net per worked day (approx. €60 net/month), increasing to €6 net per worked day (approx. €120 net/month) after one year

Average monthly gross package: €1,700–€1,950 gross/month + 2 extra salaries + Up Hellas Card

✅ Requirements:

Dutch at C1/C2 level
English at B2 level or higher
Minimum 1 year of proven Sales experience
Background in B2B Sales, Outbound Sales, Telesales, Business Development, Account Management or Digital Advertising
Comfortable with cold calling and proactive customer contact
Strong communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills
Commercial mindset and confidence working with sales targets
Comfortable using CRM systems and managing follow-ups
You live in Athens or are ready to relocate
EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece is required
