Dutch Customer Advisor Lisbon – About the Role

Dutch Customer Advisor role in Lisbon supporting users of a global search engine platform.

This office-based position focuses on customer support for digital products and services in a structured and international environment.

This Dutch customer advisor Lisbon job is part of a growing sector offering stable opportunities for Dutch speakers in Portugal.

What you will do:

Support customers via chat, email, and phone
Handle product-related questions and general inquiries
Provide clear and professional communication
Manage ticket flow and ensure high service quality
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases

Who we are looking for:

Dutch level C1 (native or fluent)
English level B2 or higher
Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate
Customer-oriented mindset
Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools
Previous customer support experience is a plus
EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit

Salary:

Base salary: €1283 gross x12 (or €1100 x14)
Fixed project bonus: €135 gross/month
Performance bonus: up to €120 gross/month
Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day (~€167/month)
166€ gross – EXTRA PROJECT BONUS (part of a total of €2,000 gross paid monthly during the first year of contract!)
Average: €1584–€1871 gross/month + meal allowance
