Work schedule: Monday–Sunday, 08:00–20:00 rotational shifts (full-time: 40h/week, 5 days/week, with 2 rotating days off)

✅ Project:

As a Dutch Customer Advisor, you will support customers using a well-known international technology and digital-services platform.

You will help users with product features, technical questions and account-related requests across e-commerce, software, hardware and wireless connectivity topics.

✅ As a Customer Advisor you will:

Support customers via phone, email, chat, social media and messaging channels
Provide pre-sales, general product and technical support
Resolve e-commerce, software, hardware and connectivity-related requests
Manage your ticket queue and document interactions accurately
Collaborate with technical teams and escalate complex cases when needed

✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system:

Base salary: €1,283 gross/month x12 or €1,100 gross/month x14 — you choose the payment schedule
Fixed project bonus: €135 gross/month
Extra Project Bonus: €167 gross (part of a total of €2,000 gross paid monthly during the first year of contract!)
Performance bonus: up to €120 gross/month
Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day, approximately €167/month, via meal card

Average monthly package: approx. €1,585–€1,705 gross/month + €167 net/month meal card
