About the Role

Dutch Customer Support role in Porto supporting customers with insurance-related services connected to medical devices.

This office-based position focuses on customer support, helping users manage policies, handle requests and resolve simple issues in a structured and professional environment.

This Dutch customer support Porto job is ideal for candidates looking for a non-sales role with clear responsibilities and a stable workflow.

What you will do:

Support customers via phone and chat (inbound only)
Assist with policy updates, cancellations, claims and payments
Process requests in internal systems and handle emails/documents
Maintain accurate customer data and digital records
Provide clear and professional customer support

Salary:

Base salary: €1283 x12 months (it’s €1100 gross x14 months) – you can choose your payment schedule
Fixed project bonus: €150 gross/month
Meal allowance: 7,63€ NET/day in a voucher card (approx 167,86€€ NET/month)
333€ gross – EXTRA PROJECT BONUS (part of a total of €4,000 gross paid monthly during the first year of contract!)

Total monthly package: €1766–€1934 gross/month

Full-time fixed-term contract for 6 months with the possibility of extension (under Portuguese law), with NO Permanence Clause required.

Dutch level C2 (native or fluent)
English level B2 or higher
