About the Project

As a Content Moderator, you will ensure that product and service standards are upheld on one of the world’s leading e-commerce and short-form video platforms.
Your role involves making informed decisions based on local market knowledge and maintaining high-quality standards while reviewing content.

This project focuses exclusively on e-commerce content, offering a structured and professional moderation environment without exposure to political, violent or highly sensitive material.

What you will do:

Review e-commerce content on the platform (e.g. product listings) to ensure compliance with platform policies, safety guidelines, and legal standards

Maintain high quality standards in moderation by accurately evaluating product descriptions, images, and pricing

Stay up to date with evolving guidelines and apply changes consistently in your daily work

Escalate complex or unclear cases according to internal procedures

Salary:

1073€ gross x 12 months (it’s 920€ gross x 14 months) – you can choose your payment schedule!

45€gross fixed project/role bonus

Meal allowance: 7,63€ net/day (it’s 167,86€ / month) – issued as a prepaid card

84€ gross – EXTRA PROJECT BONUS (part of a total of €1,000 gross paid monthly during the first year of contract!)

Your average monthly gross salary will range between 1202€ and 1370€ / month!

Who we are looking for:

You speak Polish (at least C2)

You speak English (at least B2)

You have strong moderation skills, verbal and written communication skills and rational decision making with local market expertise

You have strong understanding of e-commerce

✅ EU citizenship or a residence permit in Portugal is required
