Polish Customer Service Lisbon opportunity for Polish-speaking candidates looking for a stable office-based role in an international insurance project.

EXTRA PROJECT BONUS – €1,000 gross total, paid monthly (€84 gross/month) during the first year of your contract

Schedule: Monday–Friday, rotational shifts between 07:30 and 20:00 (8h/day, 40h/week) – weekends off

About the Project

Join a customer service team supporting one of the world’s largest insurance companies. You will help customers understand their insurance policies and make sure they receive clear, accurate information about their options.

Your daily work will include inbound and outbound calls as well as email communication. You will answer questions about coverage, support policy cancellation requests and help insurance brokers direct their enquiries to the right team.

What you will do:

Handle customer enquiries by phone and email – both inbound contacts and outbound follow-ups
Explain insurance coverage and product information in a clear, practical way
Support policy cancellation requests and guide customers through the next steps
Assist insurance brokers and direct their enquiries to the correct team when needed
Provide professional and accurate customer service, even when questions are detailed or time-sensitive

Salary:

Base salary: €1,073 gross x12 months (or €920 gross x14 months) – you choose the payment schedule
€70 gross/month – fixed project bonus
€84 gross/month – EXTRA PROJECT BONUS (part of a total of €1,000 gross paid monthly during the first year of contract)
Performance bonus: up to €100 gross/month
Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day (approx. €167.86/month) via meal card
Your average monthly gross salary ranges from approximately €1,227 to €1,327 + meal card.

Requirements:

Polish at C2 level
English at least B2
Customer Service experience is welcome – insurance experience is an advantage
You communicate clearly and professionally by phone and email
You already live in Lisbon / Greater Lisbon and can work from the Lisbon Oriente office
EU citizenship or a residence permit in Portugal is required
