Fixed Monday–Friday schedule: 09:00–18:00 (8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week, no shifts, weekends off)

Join a B2B Digital Advertising team supporting German-speaking advertisers using the solutions of one of the world’s leading social media advertising platforms.

This is a real sales role: you will speak with business clients, understand what they want to achieve and help them choose advertising solutions that can grow their business.

✅ As an Ad Sales Specialist you will:

Connect with German-speaking advertisers and business owners and start meaningful sales conversations
Turn new contacts and inactive accounts into real sales opportunities
Understand what each business wants to achieve with online advertising
Recommend paid advertising solutions that fit the client’s goals and budget
Handle objections confidently and keep the conversation moving towards a decision
Build long-term relationships with advertisers, not just one-off sales
Keep track of opportunities, follow-ups and results in CRM
Work towards clear sales targets while keeping the customer experience professional

✅ Salary & Bonuses:

Base salary: €1,500 gross/month x14 – including two additional salary payments: one full salary at Christmas, half a salary at Easter and half a salary in summer
Fixed project bonus: €200 gross/month
Performance bonus: up to €250 gross/month
Up Hellas Mastercard meal voucher: €3 net per worked day (approx. €60 net/month), increasing to €6 net per worked day (approx. €120 net/month) after one year

Average monthly gross package: €1,700–€1,950 gross/month + 2 extra salaries + Up Hellas Card

✅ Requirements:

German at C1/C2 level
English at B2 level or higher
Minimum 1 year of proven Sales experience
Background in B2B Sales, Outbound Sales, Telesales, Business Development, Account Management or Digital Advertising
Comfortable with cold calling and proactive customer contact
Strong communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills
Commercial mindset and confidence working with sales targets
Comfortable using CRM systems and managing follow-ups
You live in Athens or are ready to relocate
EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece is required
