German Customer Service Athens — are you looking for a hybrid role with a fixed Monday–Friday schedule and no shifts?

Join an international team supporting customers of one of the world’s leading air fryer and household appliances brands. Full training is provided and previous experience is not required.

Possible start: 12.10
Hybrid work model: a mix of home office and office work in Athens, Neos Kosmos
Fixed schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 (40 hours/week, no shifts, weekends off)

✅ Project:

As a German Customer Service Advisor, you will support customers of one of the world’s leading household appliance brands.

The product range includes innovative air fryers, vacuum cleaners, blenders, coffee makers and other smart home appliances. You will help customers with product information, orders, returns and troubleshooting in a structured international environment.

✅ As a German Customer Service Advisor you will:

Support German-speaking customers via phone, email and chat
Answer questions about products, orders, deliveries and services
Guide customers through product setup, use and troubleshooting
Assist with returns, refunds and exchanges
Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved cases
Provide clear, friendly and professional customer service

✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system:

Base salary: €1,300 gross/month x14 — including two additional salary payments worth €2,600 gross in total: one full salary at Christmas, half a salary at Easter and half a salary in summer
Fixed project bonus: €100 gross/month
Performance bonus: up to 10% of the base salary (€130 gross/month)
Anniversary bonus: €500 gross after 12 months
Meal allowance via Up Hellas Mastercard

Average monthly gross package: €1,400–€1,530 gross/month + meal allowance.

✅ Requirements:

German level C1–C2 (fluent)
English level B2 or higher — training is conducted in English
You live in the Athens area or are ready to relocate

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required

EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece is required.

For eligible candidates relocating to Athens, this role includes an additional relocation package:
