German Customer Support in Athens – a hybrid role in a monolingual banking project, with full paid training provided.
You will work exclusively in German. English is not required.

Hybrid work model: a mix of office work in Neos Kosmos and Home Office
Work schedule: Monday–Sunday, rotational shifts between 09:00 and 23:00 (full-time: 40h/week, 5 days/week)

✅ Project:

As a German Customer Support Advisor, you will support customers with everyday digital banking services.
You will assist with account access, app setup and general service-related questions in a structured and secure international environment.

✅ As a Customer Support Advisor you will:

Handle inbound calls, chats and messages from German-speaking customers
Support customers with banking access, T-PIN and app setup
Guide users through digital banking services
Provide clear and professional support
Maintain data security and confidentiality standards

✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system:

Base salary: €1,300 gross/month x14 — including two additional salary payments worth €2,600 gross in total: one full salary at Christmas, half a salary at Easter and half a salary in summer
Fixed project bonus: €50 gross/month
Welcome bonus: €100 gross/month for the first 12 months
Anniversary bonus: €500 gross
Daily meal voucher: €3 net per worked day (approx. €60 net/month) via Up Hellas Mastercard, increasing to €6 net per worked day (approx. €120 net/month) after one year

Total monthly package: €1,450 gross/month + 2 extra salaries (€2,600 gross total) + daily meal vouchers

✅ Requirements:

German at C2 level
English is not required – this is a monolingual German project
You live in the Athens area or are ready to relocate (we can support your relocation and accommodation)
If you currently live outside Greece, you must be ready to relocate to Athens.
EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece is required
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Confidence in phone-based support
Interest in banking or digital services
No previous banking experience required
