The role starts office-based in Athens – Neos Kosmos
After successful completion of training and nesting, hybrid work may be possible depending on performance and project requirements
Work schedule: Monday–Saturday, 09:00–21:00 (full-time: 40h/week, 5 days/week, 8h/day)

✅ Project:

Become part of the customer support team of one of the world’s leading international banking and financial services groups.
You will support German-speaking customers with everyday banking questions, account-related topics and digital banking services in a professional and structured international environment.

✅ As a Customer Support Advisor you will:

Support German-speaking customers via phone, email and chat
Help with everyday banking and account-related questions
Assist customers with digital banking services
Provide clear, professional and solution-oriented support
Follow internal banking procedures and quality standards

✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system:

Base salary: €1,400 gross/month x14 – including two additional salary payments worth €2,800 gross in total: one full salary at Christmas, half a salary at Easter and half a salary in summer
Performance bonus: up to 10%
Fixed project bonus: €100 gross/month
Sign-in bonus: €1,000 gross
Meal vouchers: €3 net per worked day (approx. €60 net/month) via Up Hellas Mastercard + €100 net/month additional voucher
Anniversary bonus: €500 gross after one year

Average monthly gross package: approx. €1,800–€1,950 gross/month + meal vouchers

German at C1–C2 level
English at B2 level or higher

No previous banking experience required
EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece is required.
